2. Service Terms & Conditions.
Windscreen Repairs
Premier Shine Andover are not responsible for the cost of a windscreen replacement.
Our windscreen repair service is only available in postcode areas SP9, SP10 & SP11 as a standalone service. We are happy to combine a repair with another service if you fall outside of this area.
Appointments
To confirm a booking, a non-refundable minimum deposit of £10.00 will be required for all services. This excludes detailing or any bespoke services, which require a £30.00 - £50.00 deposit. Once your deposit has been received, we will provide final confirmation of your appointment date and time.
Once a appointment is confirmed, we will require the following:

For many of the services, it is your responsibility to ensure we have access to power and water on the day and that there is sufficient space around the vehicle to undertake the service required. If we are required to bring water, this must be made clear to us within 48 hours of your appointment time. Failure to inform us of this may result in us being unable to undertake the service and your deposit will not be refunded.
Following the service, payment must be settled immediately via cash, card or bank transfer. If an invoice is required, please ensure this is requested in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, this must be requested 3 days in advance of your appointment time and date. If an appointment cancellation falls outside of these terms, your deposit will not be refunded.
Should Premier Shine Andover need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded and you will be required to book a new date using our online system. This can often be at short notice due to me cancelling on the day.
Weather can be a major factor when undertaking services and is out of our control. We will always endeavour to inform you of an appointment that requires rescheduling as soon as possible.
Insurance
We are insured with Coversure who specialise in valeting and detailers insurance. Our insurance covers “damage to items being worked upon” in the event of any damage whilst working on your vehicle.
Engine Carbon Cleaning Service
Engine Carbon Cleaning This process will not fix mechanical failures with your vehicle, we recommend that you contact a trained mechanic for a professional diagnosis. As part of this service, we do not remove engine parts or deconstruct your engine. We will read any present engine codes before commencing a carbon clean.
3. E-gift card Terms & Conditions
Premier Shine Andover gift cards and e-gift cards
You can redeem the Premier Shine Andover for purchasing services or products, and for services booked over the telephone or online at www.premiershineandover.co.uk as part or full payment.
The following exclusions apply to use of e-gift card: deposits for service bookings.
You cannot use a e-gift card to discharge indebtedness in respect of an existing invoice or debt.
Please protect your card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.
The gift card will expire 24 months from purchase. We will not refund any balance remaining and we will invalidate the card.
e-gift cards can be purchased via our website or over the phone with a minimum value of £10.00. A single e-gift card has a maximum value of £100.
e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change or refunds on e-gift cards.
If you book a service at www.premiershineandover.co.uk using a e-gift card and subsequently cancel the service within our cancelation terms, monies owing will be refunded to your e-gift card.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a e-gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
We reserve the right to amend the e-gift card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
